[00:00:01] This is a production of The Very Dental Podcast Network

[00:00:05] This is The Very Dental Podcast

[00:00:17] Welcome to The Very Dental Podcast

[00:00:19] where you'll find entertaining and relevant conversations with visionaries, clinicians, and your friends in the dental space

[00:00:26] Now here's your host, Dr. Alan Mead

[00:00:29] Very Dental people, welcome to another podcast

[00:00:31] Recorded live here at the Chicago Midwinter 2024

[00:00:34] I'm sitting in this...

[00:00:36] Honestly, I have to take pictures or videos

[00:00:39] It's a pretty spectacular podcasting booth that no one is using except me

[00:00:43] Which is great, you're supposed to sign up and I didn't

[00:00:45] Because that's kind of rebel I am

[00:00:47] So, I've been walking the floor a little bit today

[00:00:50] Ran into in the Cadbury booth a guy by the name of Justin Lee

[00:00:53] Justin, welcome to the show

[00:00:54] Thank you very much

[00:00:55] So Justin is with Three Shape is what I understand

[00:00:57] Is that right?

[00:00:58] Yeah, Justin, tell me, how did you get into dentistry?

[00:01:01] So, it's funny because I wanted to be a dentist at one point in my life

[00:01:07] Actually two points in my life

[00:01:09] One was before I entered college

[00:01:11] I thought everyone was becoming a dentist at my church

[00:01:14] So I was like, oh okay, I should probably look into it

[00:01:17] And then later right before I got married

[00:01:20] I decided, I kind of want to go back to school

[00:01:23] So I retook all my pre-rex

[00:01:25] And studied for the DAT

[00:01:28] And so one of the things that actually prevented me from getting into school

[00:01:34] Was my GPA from college

[00:01:36] I don't know if I told you

[00:01:38] But all I did in college was play video games

[00:01:41] Imagine that

[00:01:43] So, but it actually ended up being an incredible blessing in disguise

[00:01:49] So even though I retook all my pre-rex

[00:01:51] I got all straight A's at this time

[00:01:54] And I scored pretty high

[00:01:56] Like well above average on the DAT

[00:01:59] At this time, and it probably is today as well

[00:02:02] It's extremely competitive getting into dental school

[00:02:05] So they averaged in the GPA

[00:02:07] This is something that medical school doesn't even do

[00:02:10] Medical school doesn't do that

[00:02:12] I don't know about now, but this was about 12 years ago

[00:02:14] They still averaged that GPA

[00:02:16] And so I could have maybe taken more time

[00:02:20] Maybe taken another year to retake classes

[00:02:23] I decided I just wanted to do something else

[00:02:25] So my heart wasn't in it

[00:02:27] And it turned out to be a real blessing in disguise for me

[00:02:32] What I ended up doing, and I had sales experience from before

[00:02:35] It was more of technology

[00:02:37] I ended up applying to medical sales jobs

[00:02:42] And I was given an opportunity at a small company that sold centrifuges

[00:02:46] Made centrifuges in Dallas

[00:02:49] And a couple years after that, I kind of moved up into another role

[00:02:53] Called Cardinal Health

[00:02:54] It's a huge hospital distributor

[00:02:58] And that was a great experience

[00:03:01] At one point, I decided to branch out

[00:03:05] And I started applying some jobs

[00:03:09] A guy by the name of Stephen Price

[00:03:11] Who's here today

[00:03:13] Reached out to me and said

[00:03:15] Why don't we meet at the Starbucks right here

[00:03:18] Right next to your house

[00:03:20] And I was like, okay

[00:03:22] And it turned out he lived really close to me

[00:03:25] So he knew exactly where I was

[00:03:27] So we met there

[00:03:28] I ended up spilling a coffee at that meeting

[00:03:31] That's the move, man

[00:03:33] Because it makes you memorable

[00:03:35] That's something that I actually became known for

[00:03:38] My first couple years of 3-Shape

[00:03:40] Any time I had a beer or something

[00:03:42] I ended up spilling a drink

[00:03:45] Like almost expected

[00:03:46] But it's not gone wood

[00:03:48] It's been years now

[00:03:50] It's good to be known for something

[00:03:52] Been with a company for almost seven years now

[00:03:54] You've seen a lot then

[00:03:56] The best ride of my life so far

[00:03:58] It just keeps on getting better

[00:04:00] Justin showed me...

[00:04:02] I've been talking back and forth

[00:04:04] With a few of the guys at Cadbury

[00:04:07] I met Justin, he's in the Cadbury booth

[00:04:10] He has a TRIO's 5 scanner

[00:04:14] Sitting in there, tantalizingly

[00:04:17] With his...

[00:04:19] He showed it to me

[00:04:21] I've been talking with some of the guys at Cadbury

[00:04:23] You remember when a wired TRIO's was like

[00:04:29] It was really expensive

[00:04:31] It was more expensive than it is now

[00:04:35] Price points have changed a bit

[00:04:37] Our TRIO's used to be known as the $50,000 scanner

[00:04:41] It was the best scanner but it was really expensive

[00:04:44] It was one of those deals where you're like

[00:04:46] It's always a harder sell

[00:04:49] I'm just curious about...

[00:04:52] I'm not saying it wasn't worth it

[00:04:54] But I think trying to get...

[00:04:56] You probably know this better

[00:04:58] But scanner penetration was pretty low back then

[00:05:00] I feel like it's getting higher now

[00:05:02] It was really those early adopter people

[00:05:06] That really followed technology

[00:05:08] And wanted to be on the bleeding edge

[00:05:11] At that particular time

[00:05:15] I was in a slightly different role at 3Shape

[00:05:18] I was focused more on selling lab scanners

[00:05:20] The 3Shape lab scanners are spectacular too

[00:05:23] I have one of my lab technician

[00:05:26] Has literally bought the other side of my building

[00:05:29] Just recently and he's got it

[00:05:31] It's pretty cool to see all that stuff

[00:05:33] 3Shape definitely has a really good base

[00:05:36] In fact, for the 24 years or so they've been in business

[00:05:39] They've always maintained about a third of their employees

[00:05:42] As developers

[00:05:44] So actually the first two founders

[00:05:47] And their very first employee is still with the company today

[00:05:50] We have 23-2400 people today

[00:05:53] And we have about 700 developers

[00:05:56] But yeah, the price point only as of about last year

[00:06:01] Maybe just over a year ago

[00:06:03] Is when we took down the price

[00:06:05] We launched the Trios 5

[00:06:07] The newest fifth generation scanner

[00:06:09] It's our third wireless

[00:06:11] So a lot of other competitors are starting to catch up

[00:06:14] With wireless but then we kind of up the ante again

[00:06:17] Making it truly wireless

[00:06:19] But yeah, we launched it at 26000 MSRP

[00:06:23] So 45000 to 26 is a huge drop

[00:06:27] It is funny, the scanner market is just a different animal

[00:06:30] Even than it was four years ago

[00:06:32] Honestly, I got an i500 back in 2019

[00:06:39] Right before the pandemic

[00:06:40] And then I got an i700 a couple years later

[00:06:44] So I have the Meta through Cadre

[00:06:46] And I mean the prices

[00:06:48] It's like the prices are going down

[00:06:49] The quality is going up on all these

[00:06:51] And all of a sudden you got all these

[00:06:53] Like on some level a lower less expensive scanner

[00:06:57] Is a nice way for someone to dip their toe in

[00:07:00] Absolutely

[00:07:01] And they're much higher quality at the low end

[00:07:03] Than they were even a few years ago

[00:07:05] I agree

[00:07:06] In fact there's even zero cost scanners out there

[00:07:09] You've heard of the model where you send

[00:07:13] A certain amount of work to labs

[00:07:14] To the lab basically

[00:07:15] And it'll give you a lab

[00:07:16] I mean honestly that is probably

[00:07:18] So long as you're comfortable using that lab

[00:07:20] That's probably not a bad way to learn how to use them

[00:07:23] Oh yeah, absolutely

[00:07:24] And we see a ton of those people convert

[00:07:26] To actually buying their own Trios

[00:07:28] Within the first year

[00:07:29] But much like mountain bikes and podcasting gear

[00:07:32] Once you get a taste

[00:07:34] That's what happens with me man

[00:07:35] I just can't get enough

[00:07:36] And so here I'm literally looking at

[00:07:38] I can't believe I'm saying this

[00:07:39] But you showed me the Trios 5

[00:07:41] I'm going to ask you a couple questions

[00:07:42] Let me just give you

[00:07:43] So it's fast

[00:07:45] It's borders on idiot proof

[00:07:49] Absolutely

[00:07:50] Because I'm going to tell you

[00:07:51] That the i700 is a great scanner

[00:07:53] But I still sometimes struggle with angulation

[00:07:55] Getting...

[00:07:56] I mean the best is a Miesel tilted

[00:07:58] Second molar with a space

[00:08:00] Oh my god it's really hard to get that

[00:08:02] And it seems to me that this one is

[00:08:04] Well for one thing you said

[00:08:06] You don't have to follow a particular scan path

[00:08:09] Tell me about that

[00:08:10] Because even Trios had a scan path for a while

[00:08:13] Oh yeah, the good scanners

[00:08:15] People who had a good experience scanning

[00:08:17] Knew that you had to be

[00:08:19] Relatively within a certain distance

[00:08:21] From the teeth

[00:08:22] Also it was important to get the occlusal surface first

[00:08:25] And as one of the biggest tips

[00:08:28] I could give someone who scans

[00:08:30] Is I think it applies to other scanners as well

[00:08:33] But to rock the canines

[00:08:35] Getting the buckle and lingual edges

[00:08:37] It's hard to say

[00:08:38] Can help it and also prevents

[00:08:41] Any sort of double imaging as well

[00:08:43] I get that too

[00:08:44] But what was nice about the Trios 3 and the 4

[00:08:47] Was that as long as you started from occlusal

[00:08:50] As long as you rock those canines

[00:08:52] You could basically do whatever you want

[00:08:54] There was that buckle

[00:08:56] The occlusal lingual buckle for lower

[00:08:58] The opposite for the upper

[00:09:00] So that scan strategy existed

[00:09:02] But our AI

[00:09:03] Which 3 shape has been the first of many different things

[00:09:06] Including color scanning, wireless

[00:09:08] AI, patient motion, stuff like that

[00:09:10] But the AI enables it to

[00:09:14] Just stitch the data intelligently

[00:09:16] To the point where you don't have to follow any path

[00:09:19] You can start from the pallet basically

[00:09:21] You can go from occlusal all the way to the pallet

[00:09:23] Let's say you work on the buckle first

[00:09:25] And then go to lingual

[00:09:26] It really doesn't matter

[00:09:27] In fact, if you do end up starting to get double imaging

[00:09:31] Which that can happen if you're just like

[00:09:33] Maybe don't give the scanner enough data

[00:09:36] To know exactly where it is in space

[00:09:38] Then it will correct itself

[00:09:41] So instead of having to trim it or restart

[00:09:43] You can just continue to scan over it

[00:09:46] And it will fix it itself

[00:09:49] It's hard to on a podcast to describe

[00:09:51] But I've done some scanning and I've had some struggles with

[00:09:54] Because I'm probably not

[00:09:56] Like Armin and those guys can

[00:09:59] Make it look really easy

[00:10:01] Because they're really good at it

[00:10:03] I do it a lot, but it's kind of their job

[00:10:07] To make it look easy

[00:10:08] I feel like maybe the 3.0 5 is actually as easy

[00:10:11] As it looks

[00:10:12] It really is

[00:10:13] Just during the holidays

[00:10:15] I'm not a trainer

[00:10:17] But one of our resellers asked me to help out

[00:10:20] As their own trainers were on holiday or something

[00:10:23] And the guy was in a bind

[00:10:24] So I was like, I'll fly out there for you

[00:10:26] So it was...

[00:10:28] I can't remember where I flew into

[00:10:30] It was somewhere in Canada

[00:10:31] It was maybe Calgary

[00:10:33] So I went there

[00:10:34] There was a big office that had about 12 people there

[00:10:37] 10 of them had never scanned in their life

[00:10:40] Literally never scanned in their life

[00:10:42] Now I demonstrate how to do it

[00:10:44] And then the first person who had scanned

[00:10:46] With a different scanner before

[00:10:47] Scanned

[00:10:48] And then everyone else was able to scan each other

[00:10:50] In the mouth with zero issues

[00:10:53] Perfect scans, their first try

[00:10:55] And when you have a scanner that's that easy

[00:10:59] For everyone to be an expert

[00:11:01] You really eliminate any sort of anxiety

[00:11:03] Overusing a technology

[00:11:04] That's a real thing

[00:11:05] It's a real thing

[00:11:06] Because here's the thing

[00:11:07] I see a couple things

[00:11:08] First off

[00:11:09] The way you described it to me a little bit

[00:11:12] Is like you could technically

[00:11:14] With one scanner

[00:11:15] You could technically

[00:11:17] First off

[00:11:19] It connects to Wi-Fi

[00:11:20] Correct

[00:11:21] So in other words

[00:11:22] It's not a Bluetooth connection

[00:11:23] That you're wireless necessarily

[00:11:25] Yes, it's correct

[00:11:26] I'm assuming you probably can

[00:11:27] But also like how I was describing

[00:11:29] Is like it'd be really nice

[00:11:30] To just take the scanner to the room

[00:11:31] And then be able to use

[00:11:32] Whatever monitor or computer

[00:11:34] You were describing that

[00:11:35] How does that work?

[00:11:36] So I don't think it's ever been Bluetooth

[00:11:38] Maybe but I think what it uses

[00:11:40] Is a TP-Link 2.4 hertz

[00:11:43] A gate-hurt transmitter

[00:11:44] It's much faster with Wi-Fi than Bluetooth

[00:11:45] That would be

[00:11:46] I think it's a

[00:11:47] Yeah

[00:11:48] And actually we see a competitor

[00:11:49] Use that exact same dongle

[00:11:51] So we've had it for years now

[00:11:53] But you know we have a competitor

[00:11:54] That's using the same wireless dongle

[00:11:57] Now what we have done to up the ante

[00:11:59] Is these scanners are connectable

[00:12:01] To the Wi-Fi of your office

[00:12:04] That means anywhere in your office

[00:12:06] Whether it's two, three floors

[00:12:08] Anywhere that has internet

[00:12:10] You'll be able to connect

[00:12:11] And given at least

[00:12:13] They say about 80 megabits a second

[00:12:15] For the connection

[00:12:17] You're going to be able to scan it

[00:12:18] Full speed, lag free

[00:12:20] Just as easily as you can

[00:12:22] In front of the computer

[00:12:23] With the wire

[00:12:24] So and another great thing

[00:12:26] About this is you don't have to

[00:12:27] Lug that laptop or anything around

[00:12:30] You can actually just

[00:12:31] Screen mirror using splash top

[00:12:33] It's called TrioShare

[00:12:35] It's similar to what we've always had

[00:12:37] Kind of a client server

[00:12:38] But now you have that scanner

[00:12:39] That's connected to the Wi-Fi

[00:12:41] And it can work really well

[00:12:42] Just okay so listeners

[00:12:43] Just conceive of this

[00:12:45] You keep your super fast

[00:12:47] Computer that you run

[00:12:49] You run the scanner on in one place

[00:12:52] You connect it to Wi-Fi

[00:12:53] You have a really good mesh Wi-Fi

[00:12:55] In your office

[00:12:56] So you've got just great strong signal everywhere

[00:12:58] You basically take the scanner

[00:13:01] In the room

[00:13:02] You connect whatever computer

[00:13:05] Is hooked up in that room

[00:13:06] With splash top

[00:13:07] Doesn't matter if that computer

[00:13:08] Is particularly specced out

[00:13:10] But because splash top is

[00:13:13] Runs over here

[00:13:14] I use splash top I have to say

[00:13:16] I really like it as a piece of software

[00:13:18] It's an excellent piece of software

[00:13:19] So as soon as you guys said splash top

[00:13:21] Was how you did it

[00:13:22] I'm really interested now

[00:13:23] And it doesn't require the actual internet

[00:13:25] It just requires the network

[00:13:27] So it's not dependent on the internet

[00:13:29] Oh I see what you're saying

[00:13:30] So the Wi-Fi is the Wi-Fi

[00:13:32] The Wi-Fi receiver

[00:13:34] I mean like the Wi-Fi system

[00:13:36] It's not an internet thing

[00:13:37] Like you can obviously use the

[00:13:39] Uplight to cloud later or whatever

[00:13:41] But the reality is that

[00:13:42] You just have to have a killer Wi-Fi setup

[00:13:45] Which of course for sure

[00:13:46] That's easy now

[00:13:48] That's so easy you can do it yourself

[00:13:49] I did

[00:13:50] Absolutely

[00:13:51] I'm very happy with my mesh Wi-Fi

[00:13:53] In the office

[00:13:54] So I'm picturing this

[00:13:55] I'm picturing this being

[00:13:58] You've got

[00:13:59] You can use it in any room

[00:14:00] With any computer in your office

[00:14:02] With relative ease

[00:14:04] You've got it

[00:14:05] So every employee feels comfortable scanning

[00:14:08] So all of a sudden

[00:14:10] You've got as your patient data

[00:14:12] On whatever exam, whatever recall

[00:14:14] You're doing

[00:14:15] You could literally like

[00:14:16] Take four bite wings and take a scan

[00:14:18] And whether or not that's for comparison's sake

[00:14:20] Or just to be able to show the patient

[00:14:22] Their teeth in 3D

[00:14:24] Because everyone's like

[00:14:25] Oh that'd be great to do

[00:14:26] But then when as soon as it becomes difficult

[00:14:27] To do that

[00:14:28] As soon as it becomes

[00:14:29] Oh I gotta roll the

[00:14:30] Roll it in

[00:14:31] Or oh it's giving me a hard time

[00:14:32] I'm not able to get around the canine or whatever

[00:14:34] As soon as it becomes easy

[00:14:35] All of a sudden that

[00:14:37] Creates a different kind of record keeping

[00:14:39] To me

[00:14:40] Absolutely

[00:14:41] Like I feel like

[00:14:42] If you can have your hygienists

[00:14:43] Just do this as the regular

[00:14:45] And they're fighting over the scanner

[00:14:47] In the same way that they fight over the

[00:14:49] The X-ray sensors

[00:14:51] Because everyone's using them

[00:14:52] But they're easy to do

[00:14:53] Like

[00:14:55] All of a sudden

[00:14:56] $26,000 doesn't seem like a whole lot

[00:14:58] When you're literally

[00:14:59] You could literally make 3D scans

[00:15:01] At whatever appointment you want to

[00:15:03] Yeah

[00:15:04] Like that's amazing

[00:15:05] And also for

[00:15:06] In order to show patients their stuff

[00:15:08] I love photography

[00:15:09] But boy that 3D image is pretty compelling

[00:15:12] There's a reason that

[00:15:13] That the ITERO and all the

[00:15:15] The Align people have that

[00:15:17] Giant screen in front of you

[00:15:19] So you can show them what they look like

[00:15:20] After ortho right there

[00:15:21] Because the 3D image is super compelling

[00:15:23] Absolutely

[00:15:24] And so I mean like

[00:15:25] I feel like this has

[00:15:27] I mean already

[00:15:29] If you have a scanner in your office

[00:15:31] Every patient thinks you're incredibly high tech

[00:15:33] Even if it's nothing special

[00:15:35] A wireless scanner that's in every room

[00:15:37] And can do this

[00:15:38] I mean it really

[00:15:39] In

[00:15:40] Oh

[00:15:41] Dennis pays so much more than $26,000

[00:15:43] For technology that would not do this much

[00:15:45] Absolutely

[00:15:46] Yeah

[00:15:47] So you know

[00:15:48] I know that over the past year

[00:15:50] Several years

[00:15:51] People have really really benefited

[00:15:53] From having a trios in their office

[00:15:54] Today

[00:15:55] Where we have maybe

[00:15:57] You know under 50% of Dennis

[00:15:59] That are starting to look for their first scanner

[00:16:02] There's no better time

[00:16:03] Than to pick up the trios 5

[00:16:04] Yeah

[00:16:05] In fact the trios 3 and the 4

[00:16:07] They're excellent scanners

[00:16:08] In my opinion they still stand

[00:16:10] Head and shoulders above

[00:16:11] Every scanner that's out there

[00:16:12] But what really

[00:16:15] What we're seeing is

[00:16:17] AI being implemented with everything

[00:16:19] Including something we just launched

[00:16:21] This today

[00:16:22] Is our AI Automate

[00:16:24] For crowns

[00:16:25] Okay

[00:16:26] So Automate

[00:16:27] Nightguards has been something that's

[00:16:29] Really simple to design and print

[00:16:32] Or mill in your in house

[00:16:34] Within the hour

[00:16:35] And you're going to be able to do that with

[00:16:37] Crowns as well

[00:16:39] I was able to just witness this

[00:16:40] For my own eyes

[00:16:41] Actually filmed

[00:16:42] I had the privilege of filming it

[00:16:43] Over at a dental office in North Dakota

[00:16:45] Better dental

[00:16:46] Okay

[00:16:47] They are basically scanning every patient

[00:16:50] And right there in front of the patient

[00:16:52] They show them that they're

[00:16:53] Sending it to our Automate platform

[00:16:55] It designs a crown

[00:16:58] Within three minutes or so

[00:17:01] So you have that design

[00:17:02] Then he sends it upstairs where his

[00:17:04] Lab is

[00:17:05] And he's either printing it or milling it

[00:17:07] Depending on where exactly it is

[00:17:08] But even the printed crown

[00:17:11] According to his words

[00:17:13] It fits every single time

[00:17:15] The only time

[00:17:17] If it doesn't fit perfectly

[00:17:19] He's on record saying

[00:17:21] That he knows that he did something wrong

[00:17:24] And I know that this dentist is extremely meticulous

[00:17:27] This is Austin Better

[00:17:29] He's extremely online

[00:17:31] He's got a huge office

[00:17:32] And he's got a lot of cool technology there

[00:17:34] Absolutely

[00:17:35] So tell me a little bit

[00:17:36] Okay, so you

[00:17:37] I take pre-ops

[00:17:39] I prep a crown

[00:17:42] And then I come back

[00:17:44] I send it to the

[00:17:45] What you're saying is

[00:17:46] It'll design my crown for me

[00:17:47] Right there and then

[00:17:48] Yes

[00:17:49] Does it let you tweak the design if you want

[00:17:51] Yeah, it does

[00:17:52] And it creates an STL that you can then send to your lab

[00:17:55] It can print or mill

[00:17:56] Yep

[00:17:57] Okay

[00:17:58] But the beauty is

[00:17:59] If you were to have a small mill or printer in-house

[00:18:01] You would be able to do it right there

[00:18:03] Or if you were to have a lab

[00:18:04] That was a step away from your office

[00:18:06] That had a killer mill

[00:18:08] That's what I'm thinking

[00:18:10] Because my lab guy's right there

[00:18:11] That's really cool

[00:18:12] And mind you

[00:18:13] I mean he spends a lot of time designing crowns

[00:18:15] But if I could design the crowns for him

[00:18:17] And just send it to the mill

[00:18:18] That's just an interesting concept

[00:18:19] And I, because honestly

[00:18:20] I don't have a huge desire to get

[00:18:24] I don't want to be Austin Vedder

[00:18:26] I don't want to be doing all that stuff

[00:18:27] If I don't have to

[00:18:28] Yeah

[00:18:29] But it sounds like this does a lot of it for you

[00:18:31] You feel like the AI is probably where

[00:18:33] Design's going to go soon

[00:18:34] Very much so

[00:18:35] It's something

[00:18:36] Well, because 3-Shapes a big lab

[00:18:37] There's a ton of lab

[00:18:38] I mean lab software that they use anyhow

[00:18:40] The AI has gotten so good

[00:18:41] That across the US and the world

[00:18:44] Labs are using 3-Shapes software

[00:18:46] And that's what we started off as

[00:18:48] A company

[00:18:49] Our lab scanners

[00:18:50] But those labs are using our AI

[00:18:54] For designs even on the lab side of things

[00:18:57] And there's many reasons for that

[00:18:59] I mean it's efficient

[00:19:00] It's way less expensive

[00:19:02] And it's hard to find

[00:19:03] Qualified designers or technicians

[00:19:05] In a lab these days

[00:19:06] Especially after COVID

[00:19:08] Sure

[00:19:09] So, yeah

[00:19:10] So does this

[00:19:11] How does this work now

[00:19:12] When you get a

[00:19:13] Let's say a bias scanner

[00:19:15] We need to make sure we have

[00:19:16] A computer with the right specs

[00:19:18] And then the software that runs the scanner

[00:19:21] Is it a separate unit

[00:19:23] To do the automate with that

[00:19:25] No, so that's another thing

[00:19:28] We're coming out with another update

[00:19:30] Later this month

[00:19:31] Actually March

[00:19:32] That will integrate this automate

[00:19:35] Right there with our Unite software

[00:19:37] Which is what everyone is on

[00:19:39] So when you buy a TRIOS

[00:19:41] It comes with a computer

[00:19:42] Everything is installed for you

[00:19:43] It's already checked from the factory

[00:19:45] In our

[00:19:47] So someone like me doesn't go to Costco

[00:19:48] And try and cheap out

[00:19:50] I know, I get it

[00:19:51] Every once in a while it happens

[00:19:53] But we do recommend

[00:19:55] The computer that we've specced out

[00:19:57] It's fully

[00:19:59] I bought Cadres computer

[00:20:01] When I got the i700 as well

[00:20:02] Because guess what

[00:20:03] They've done them

[00:20:04] I don't know that

[00:20:05] I just want to push the button

[00:20:06] And have it work

[00:20:07] We have accidental damage protection as well

[00:20:09] So even with the Dell

[00:20:11] We'll even have someone from Dell

[00:20:13] That can come out in person

[00:20:15] To troubleshoot computer issues

[00:20:17] Okay, okay

[00:20:18] That's really cool

[00:20:19] Justin this is covered a lot

[00:20:21] What's the best way for someone

[00:20:22] To get in touch with you

[00:20:23] Because here's the thing

[00:20:24] There are people I already know

[00:20:27] Brad Matzen for one is going to be

[00:20:29] Sorry calling you out Brad

[00:20:30] We got the i700 together

[00:20:33] I'm pretty sure he actually knows

[00:20:34] About this stuff

[00:20:35] But let's say someone wants

[00:20:36] To know a little bit more

[00:20:37] Who do they talk to

[00:20:38] They talk to you

[00:20:39] They can talk to me

[00:20:40] They can talk to any of our resellers

[00:20:41] We have a lot of them

[00:20:42] Cadres and Hashtag

[00:20:43] Cadres sells them

[00:20:44] So that's I mean

[00:20:45] Considering the service stuff

[00:20:47] That I've had such excellent

[00:20:49] Excellent service from them

[00:20:50] I've heard about that as well

[00:20:51] You got to kind of take a look at this

[00:20:53] So there's a lot of ways to get it

[00:20:54] It's not like

[00:20:55] Three shape has got

[00:20:56] A lot of different places to go

[00:20:57] People have questions though

[00:20:58] What's the easiest way

[00:20:59] To get in touch with you

[00:21:00] If you are on LinkedIn

[00:21:01] I'm very active on LinkedIn

[00:21:03] I usually am at a lot of shows

[00:21:05] I take a lot of photos and video

[00:21:06] Okay

[00:21:07] I'm literally looking

[00:21:08] He's got a pretty sweet camera set

[00:21:10] Going right in just a

[00:21:11] In another lifetime

[00:21:12] And this is also as a result

[00:21:14] Of playing all those video games

[00:21:15] I had to make up for some lost time

[00:21:16] With wedding photography

[00:21:18] Oh there you go

[00:21:19] And today I could probably be

[00:21:20] A wedding videographer

[00:21:21] But I'm just too busy

[00:21:22] With my kids and my

[00:21:24] My job

[00:21:25] Amen brother

[00:21:26] Amen

[00:21:27] Justin this was a blast

[00:21:28] Thank you Tundra for being on

[00:21:29] You bet
